When Will I Receive My Order?

We will confirm orders within 1 Business Day. On average, customers should expect to receive tracked orders within 3 to 5 Business Days, sometimes sooner.

We do want you to be completely satisfied with your Qilin Candle. We take pride in our candles and make every effort to ensure our candles are perfect,however we are human.

How Do I Track My Order?

All orders are despatched via Courier, and you will be sent the tracking details, and if you have any further queries about your order please email us via sales@qilincandles.com.au

Do We Gift Wrap?

We definitely Gift Wrap.

We use wrapping-paper based on the specific festivity and include a greeting-card with your personal message (email message to sales@qilincandles.com.au) all at no extra cost, based on our standard delivery conditions.

Do We Offer International Shipping?

Although our current market is Australia, we can ship Qilin Candles internationally however your order will not be shipped free of charge and is subject to shipping costs.

We will be most happy to supply a shipping quote prior to despatch.
